Accuracy & Accountability
Wedge provides machined and molded part inspections and is able to provide Certificates of Conformance (COC's) for customers needing third-party Quality Assurance verification for individual parts or whole batches. Parts are inspected either per design drawings or by using mating components to ensure accuracy and quality.
Drawings are interpreted according to ASME Y 14.5M and follow the military standard inspection plan MIL STD 105E, and inspections can be provided to any AQL and acceptance number desired.
COC's provide documentation on which sampling plans are used, what features are measured, how they are measured, and the inspection outcomes for each feature.
